The brewhouse is the beating heart of your brewing operation. A weak, inefficient heart cannot be exerted continuously. A durable and efficient brewhouse ensures your brewery to thrive by every opportunity. We set up small brew pubs to regional breweries from 300L to 5000L. We offers varying levels of automation and customization of 2-VESSEL, 3-VESSEL, 4-VESSEL & 5-VESSEL Brewhouse configurations based on customer’s space, output requirement and budget.
2-vessel: Mash Lauter tun + Kettle Whirlpool tun + HLT (optional)
3-vessel: Mash Kettle tun + Lauter/Whirlpool tun

The function of beer brewhouse is processing the grist and water into the wort which is ready for fermentation. We focus on the design and structure of the brew house, which is the reason why we asked for your room floor plan and design a suitable layout drawing for you review firstly. All auxiliary equipment can be added or removed according to your requirements and demand. We aim to assist you build a satisfied brewery and success! 4-vessel Brewhouse consist of
Brewhouse – Mash Tun, used to mash mixing and mashing processes supported by mash stirrer.
Brewhouse – Lauter Tun, used to gravitational lautering of mash and malt wort extraction. The tun is equipped with rake arms with speed adjustment and reverse running features.
Brewhouse – Kettle Tun, used for the wort boiling process.
Brewhouse – Whirlpool Tun, used to separate the sediments from wort.
Brewhouse – Hot water tank, used to prepare hot water for the boiling process, washing grains and collection of heated water from the plate heating ex-changer. (optional)
